📅 Dates: 6th–7th December 2025 (Saturday & Sunday)
💰 Participation Fee: ₹4000 per player
•₹500 – National Federation
•₹500 – State Organization
•₹3000 – Remaining organizational expenses includes Hotel, Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Tournament Fees
🏨 Accommodation & Food:
Check-in: 6th December, 9:00 AM
Check-out: 8th December, 9:00 AM
Stay and meals for 6th–7th December are included in the participation fee.
⚠️ Early Arrival Policy:
Teams/players arriving on 5th December evening will be charged an additional ₹700 per person.
